On Emmanuelle's cooking menu, you will have the opportunity to taste traditional dishes during your stay with us (reservation requested).

ln order to ensure perfect quality, Emmanuelle only bakes with fresh ingredients and products, coming from local producers. She uses her grand mother's recipes: traditional Beaujolais dishes, which used to be her childhood daily meals.

The quality of foods and the preparation they require would mean nothing if the dishes weren't enjoyed in a tidy and friendly setting.
